A targeted penetration and flashing audit reviews every drain, pipe, conduit, equipment curb, expansion joint and edge flashing condition, identifying deteriorating sealants, lifted edges, failed terminations and other common failure modes. We deliver these on commercial and institutional roofs as part of preventive maintenance programs or after a leak event.
